This position blends deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, custom application development, low-code/no-code solutions, and SaaS platform management with hands-on leadership of the Rapid Application Development and ServiceNow Admin Teams. The Assistant Managing Director will drive configuration, integration, scripting, workflow automation, application development, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise applications and platform solutions. The Assistant Managing Director will own the short-to mid-term (1-3 year) technical and functional roadmap for ServiceNow, custom applications and other SaaS platforms providing services to TTU System Administration, ensure strong alignment with institutional priorities and the TTUS Values Culture, and deliver scalable, high-performing technology solutions and exceptional customer service to stakeholders system-wide. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with extensive experience in custom applications, ServiceNow platform administration, and SaaS ecosystem management—ideally within higher education or other complex enterprise environments. They will bring proven skills in leading technical development and administration teams, executive-level influencing and collaboration, technical architecture and decision-making, and a demonstrated commitment to transformative service delivery and continuous improvement.
