About Royal Case Royal Case Company is a growing manufacturing and eCommerce organization based in Sherman, Texas. Our IT environment supports both office and production operations and is built on a cloud-first strategy leveraging Microsoft 365, NetSuite, and SharePoint, with supporting on-premise infrastructure.

We operate a lean, high-impact IT team focused on reliability, responsiveness, security, and continuous improvement. Position Summary The Director of Information Technology is responsible for the overall strategy, operations, security, and performance of IT systems across Royal Case Company and related business units.

This role leads a hybrid IT model combining a small internal team with external vendors and subject-matter experts. The Director ensures systems are secure, available, scalable, and aligned to business growth, manufacturing operations, and eCommerce requirements.

This is a fully onsite leadership role with direct interaction across executive leadership, office staff, and production environments.

Reporting structure (reports to COO) Key ResponsibilitiesIT Strategy & Leadership Define and execute IT strategy aligned with company goals and growth plans Serve as primary IT advisor to executive leadership Lead IT budgeting, vendor management, and technology roadmap development Drive digital transformation initiatives across operations and eCommerce Infrastructure & Systems Oversee cloud-first environment including: Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) NetSuite ERP platform Manage on-premise infrastructure: Network (switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VLANs) Endpoints (PCs, mobile devices, printers) Ensure high system availability, performance, and scalability Security & Compliance Lead cybersecurity strategy and enforcement: MFA, endpoint security, access controls Phishing response and user awareness Drive compliance initiatives (e.g., CMMC, NIST frameworks) Maintain policies, procedures, and audit readiness Operations & Support Oversee Help Desk operations (Tier 1-Tier 2 support model) Establish and manage SLAs, ticket workflows, and documentation standards Ensure rapid issue resolution across office and manufacturing environments Lead onboarding/offboarding processes and access governance Vendor & Partner Management Manage external IT providers, MSPs, and software vendors Negotiate contracts and ensure performance accountability Coordinate with third-party partners for specialized services Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor internal IT staff Develop staff competency across core platforms (M365, NetSuite, networking) Establish clear processes, SOPs, and accountability structures Build scalable support model as business grows What You BringRequired Experience 7-10+ years of IT leadership or senior technical management experience Strong experience with: Microsoft 365 administration and architecture ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) Infrastructure and networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, VLANs, Wi-Fi) Proven ability to lead IT strategy and execution in a manufacturing or operations-driven environment Experience managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional projects Core Competencies Strong leadership, decision-making, and accountability High level of organization, process discipline, and documentation Ability to translate technical concepts into business impact Focus on security, reliability, and scalability Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing and eCommerce environments Familiarity with compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST, DFARS) Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune) Industry certifications: CISSP, CISM, or equivalent Microsoft or network/security certifications Why Join Royal Case Senior-level role with direct impact on company strategy Opportunity to modernize and scale a cloud-first IT environment Ability to shape processes, systems, and security posture Work with a lean, high-performing team in a growing business Compensation & Work Environment Competitive salary based on experience Full-time onsite role in Sherman, TX Occasional after-hours support for critical systems

$90,255.34 - $120,000.00 per year
