Provide technical and/or factory-related information and support the sales team and/or customers. Collaborate with sales team members, end users, and/or distribution customers to develop action steps/project plans to rectify/resolve outstanding technical issues, product non-conformance issues, and/or QC issues. Serve as lead coordinator for all technical requests between the HQ factory and the USA subsidiary. Coordinate with modification shop personnel to oversee the technical and complete resolution of all technical issues or rework/modifications. Assist with product improvement through design and/or testing by working with the HQ factory when required. Develop a matrix for new products and maintain existing information and timelines for all current valve products according to the business development matrix. Requires a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or foreign equivalent with 2 years engineering experience.
