Responsibilities:

The Digital Services Technical Manager will be responsible for: Driving technology transformation initiatives involving AI and digital solutions. Providing executive-level communication during high-impact events. Responding to RFIs and aligning with strategic agendas. Ensuring process standardization for incident response. Managing performance of team resources and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience AWS Solutions Architect - Professional; AWS Certified Security - Specialty Certification Hands-on expertise in DevSecOps, automation, application development Strong understanding of identity access management Experience with AWS Cloud environment (CloudWatch, OpenSearch) Experience with Kubernetes and GitLab CI/CD Strong analytical skills Effective communication and leadership presence Ability to work 24/7 environment and handle off-hour issues

Desired Skills:

Bachelor's Degree is a plus Active Public Trust Familiarity with PaaS environments Strong communication skills
