IT Systems Oversight & Infrastructure Management Oversee all IT systems, infrastructure, hardware, and software across the organization. Manage the IT department's operations, including budgeting, procurement, vendor management, and resource allocation. Supervise internal IT employees, including workflow delegation, performance management, and professional development. Coordinate long-term technology strategy, lifecycle planning, and system upgrades in alignment with organizational goals. Cybersecurity & Compliance Oversee cybersecurity standards, policies, and best practices for the organization. Implement and enforce MFA, access control, password policies, and adherence to system-security protocols. Conduct internal audits, monitor system vulnerabilities, and coordinate required remediation efforts. Ensure compliance with industry standards, federal requirements, and client-driven security specifications. Staff Training & Internal Technology Support Train staff on technology systems, company tools, workflows, and platform best practices. Develop internal documentation such as SOPs, knowledge-base articles, and training guides. Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for advanced technical or system issues escalated from the helpdesk or internal teams. Platform Administration & Workflow Automation Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), Moodle, including configuration, troubleshooting, course setup, and user management. Oversee Mobile Device Management (MDM) via Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM (formerly AirWatch), ensuring compliance, provisioning, and security controls. Manage Podio Workflow Automation, HubSpot automations, and Zapier workflows to streamline operations and reduce manual processes. Maintain system integrations, data integrity, API connections, and overall platform reliability. Project Management & Developmental Initiatives Lead organizational projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery, documentation, and communication. Maintain the Project Management workspace, including project timelines, resource tracking, deliverables, and status reporting. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Scheduling, and other departments to implement new technology solutions or process enhancements. Serve as a liaison between technical needs and executive/operational priorities. RFP Technical Review & Support Review and analyze technical sections of RFPs in coordination with the Sales team. Prepare or contribute technical specifications, systems descriptions, security documentation, and IT capability statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, commercial, and industry requirements. Vendor & Contractor Oversight Manage external IT vendors, service providers, and contract technicians. Oversee vendor performance, contract renewals, SLAs, and technology procurement. Evaluate new tools, services, and vendors as part of ongoing improvements and IT modernization. Supervisory Responsibilities Direct supervision of IT staff, interns, contractors, or project-based team members. Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and assist with hiring or workforce planning. Ensure IT team alignment with organizational standards, deadlines, and service expectations.
