Now, we're looking for a Director of Information Technology to lead the infrastructure, networks, and support systems that keep our business—and our partners—running flawlessly. What You'll Lead Infrastructure & Systems Execute the CTO's infrastructure strategy to support growth and scale Own on‑prem environments: servers, storage, virtualization, and enterprise platforms Ensure high availability for ATM telemetry, transaction processing, monitoring tools, and internal applications Drive modernization, capacity planning, and hardware lifecycle management Network Operations & Security Architect and oversee

WAN/LAN, VPN, SD

‑WAN, firewalls, wireless, and remote access Deliver secure, resilient connectivity for ATMs, field techs, retail partners, and corporate users Partner with CTO and Security leadership on patching, vulnerability management, and incident response Helpdesk & End‑User Experience Lead the IT Helpdesk team with a focus on service excellence Define SLAs, escalation paths, and performance metrics Oversee onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and identity/access management Application Support & Operations Support ERP, CRM, ATM/recycler management systems, monitoring tools, and internal platforms Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and vendor coordination Deliver system walk-throughs and training for new or enhanced applications What Sets You Apart You build credibility fast—with executives and frontline team members alike You balance strategy with execution You're approachable, accountable, and energized by solving real business problems Why Cash Depot?
