Job Description

THE STEPHENSON NATIONAL BANK & TRUST
Full Time Information Technology Manager Bring your tech expertise to the table! As the Information Technology Manager, you'll perform advanced computer administrative tasks, make informed decisions across a variety of projects, and ensure our systems run smoothly. Whether you're working independently or collaborating with a team, your contributions will help keep our technology reliable, efficient, and secure.
What You'll Do:
Supervision:
Leads by example in supporting SNBT's Vision, Mission, Core Values, Strategic Plan, and culture Oversee all aspects of associate management, including hiring, development, and performance evaluation Collaborates with HR and senior leadership to align roles with strategic goals and optimize resource utilization Fosters a high-performance team environment through clear goal setting, coaching, and cross-training Ensures compliance with policies while delivering exceptional service Promotes teamwork across the organization Fulfills all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies
Systems Administration:
Leads the management of SNBT's cloud infrastructure, internal data center operations, servers, and end-user devices Ensures secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions Maintains high availability and disaster recovery capabilities within the data center Oversee server administration and endpoint management Ensures reliable operation of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices Supervises vendors and manages third-party service relationships Enforces IT policies and standards across infrastructure and systems Drives continuous improvement in system performance, reliability, and efficiency
Data and Network Management :
Ensures the integrity, security, and accessibility of organizational data across all platforms Manage data storage, backup, and recovery systems Oversees network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and firewalls Monitors and optimizes network performance Troubleshoots and resolves network and infrastructure issues Implements upgrades to support scalability and business continuity Contributes to IT budgeting and procurement processes Aligns infrastructure initiatives with organizational strategic goals
Project Management:
Manages cross-functional employee teams to successfully implement projects Consults with key employees to assess needs and develop effective solutions Collaborates across departments to address challenges and drive results Builds and maintains effective working relationships with external vendors and data processors Communicates clearly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science. 5-10 years of experience in IT roles, with 2-5 years in leadership or management. Experience managing IT infrastructures, systems, networks, and security. Project management experience. Excellent communication skills.
