Position Summary We're seeking a creative, self-driven Full-Time Marketing and Social Media Manager to help us tell our story, grow our audience, and bring our work to life online and in the community. This role is ideal for someone with strong digital storytelling skills who's passionate about home design, small business branding, and community engagement. Responsibilities Develop and manage content calendars across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Create and post engaging content including photos, videos, stories, and reels Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews Collaborate with team members to highlight projects, behind-the-scenes moments, and team culture Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters Track analytics, engagement trends, and recommend growth strategies Support general marketing initiatives, including printed materials, promotions, and local events Ensuring content aligns with J&J's brand, values, and voice Visit job sites or events to gather photos and content Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media management (home improvement industry is a plus) Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills Proficient with tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or other basic design/video platforms Familiar with social media platforms, algorithms, and trends Experience with email marketing platforms Highly organized and self-motivated SEO and IT support a plus Interest in home remodeling, design, or construction a bonus Bonus If You Have graphic design, video editing skills, and photography Are based in or near the Greendale/Milwaukee area Have experience with paid digital advertising or SEO Why Work With Us?
