RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE IT MANAGER, APPLICATIONS
Lead and deliver IT projects focused on enterprise applications, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals Manage and mentor a team of systems analysts, business analysts, and application developers Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into effective technology solutions Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgets, and stakeholder communications Maintain and enhance enterprise software systems supporting manufacturing operations Research and evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and support strategic initiatives
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE IT MANAGER, APPLICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field 10+ years of experience with ERP or transactional systems, preferably in manufacturing environments Proven track record leading technical teams and managing complex projects Experience with tier-1 ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, or similar), CRM systems, and business intelligence tools Strong understanding of SQL, data analytics, and modern integration platforms Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across technical and business stakeholders Timing is everything.
