Position Summary LG CNS America is seeking a Senior SAP ERP Application Manager to support LG Electronics Alabama, Inc.'s Customer Service Operations. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing

solutions supporting key service business processes, including service order management, parts procurement, inventory management, warranty claims, and service supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner between business and IT teams, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the Service ERP landscape. Advanced Korean and English communication skills are required. • Position level (Manager / Senior Manager) will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications. Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM and SD modules, including configuration, testing, deployment, and production support. Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions. Experience supporting end-to-end business processes across procurement, inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, and related operational areas. Strong understanding of SAP integration points with other enterprise applications and external systems. Experience supporting SAP change management, enhancements, interfaces, and release activities. Ability to troubleshoot complex functional issues and collaborate effectively with ABAP developers and technical teams. Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on SAP functional consulting, SAP application management, or ERP implementation experience. Experience supporting at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or major SAP transformation project. Advanced bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
