US Citizen/Clearable Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and technical dependencies. Analyze complex project challenges and develop innovative solutions related to technology, methodology, tools, staffing, and project execution. Coordinate activities across developers, engineers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and status reporting for leadership and customers. Provide application systems analysis and strategic planning for software development, maintenance, and support activities. Oversee resource allocation and project execution to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Ensure delivered solutions meet business, technical, and operational requirements. Foster Agile best practices and continuous improvement across project teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, software development management, or technology leadership. Experience managing large or complex software development projects. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within AWS cloud environments. Experience supporting government, defense, or enterprise software programs. Technical background in software development, systems engineering, or cloud architecture.
