7+ years in service delivery management,2+ years of experience with Managed Service Provider experience + bachelor's degree of equivalent •

Key Skills:

ITIL Foundations Certification, PMP Certification 5+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery Management or IT operations. 2+ years of experience working with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). ITIL Foundation Certification is required. PMP Certification is preferred or desired. Proven experience in managing service delivery, client relationships, and service performance. Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes, including incident, problem, and change management. Experience managing service-level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and service improvement initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
