• What you'll do:
• + Define and manage large-scale program goals, stage gates, and key deliverables across multiple teams and timelines.

+ Lead end-to-end design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system scalability. + Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies, risks, and ambiguities to maintain program momentum. + Drive process improvements and automation to enhance engineering efficiency and delivery velocity. + Engage stakeholders to secure alignment, communicate progress, and facilitate decision-making. + Monitor program performance, manage budgets, and adjust plans to achieve desired outcomes. + Mentor team members on best practices in program management, technical design, and communication.

• What you'll bring:
• + Extensive experience in program and project management, including planning, risk mitigation, and resource alignment for large-scale technical initiatives.

+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder engagement, and drive consensus across complex programs. + Strong technical expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, software lifecycle, and emerging technologies. + Proficiency in data analysis and fact-based decision-making to define success metrics and optimize program outcomes. + Excellent communication skills to influence, align, and mentor teams and stakeholders effectively. + Demonstrated capability to implement process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
