Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Release Manager to join their team. As a Release Manager, you will be part of the IT Service Delivery department supporting network projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • $64/hr on W2
  • What's the Job?
  • + Coordinate and forecast the delivery of multi-phase work against change and release calendars.
+ Support the full change management process, including pre, during, and post-implementation activities. + Collaborate closely with Engineers, Program and Project Managers, and support teams to ensure seamless technology deployment. + Understand and support technical implementation processes across various networking and emerging technology areas. + Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure project success.
  • What's Needed?
  • + Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience supporting network projects and programs in a technical role.
+ Strong background in change management, CAB processes, and IT service delivery. + Industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Agile methodologies are highly preferred; technical certifications like CCNA are a plus. + Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Lean-Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile methodologies. + Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related technical field.
