Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Delivery Lead for an onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the delivery of organizational change,munication, training, and engagement activities. The successful candidate will support the Network AI and Agentic Transformation across Network Services, focusing on organizational change management, developing materials, coordinating engagement, and reinforcing adoption expectations across various domains.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and drive delivery of organizational change,munication, training, and engagement activities

Communicate target oues and coordinate execution across multiple stakeholder groups

Manage risks and dependencies, ensuring alignment to agreed standards and delivery plans

Provide end-to-end visibility into the health of change and adoption deliverables

Developmunication and training materials and coordinate engagement routines

Support learning and awareness activities and reinforce adoption expectations across domains

Ensure execution meets stakeholder expectations in terms of readiness,munication quality, engagement effectiveness, and adoption progress

Facilitate sync points across central teams, change champions, and leadership representatives to enable coordinated change delivery

Requirements:

• Strong experience coordinating delivery of organizational change,munications, training, or adoption-focused initiatives across multiple teams or stakeholder groups
• Demonstrated ability to translate transformation objectives into structured plans,munication deliverables, training activities, and stakeholder engagement routines
• Experience developing or coordinatingmunication materials, awareness content, learning sessions, templates, and enablement artifacts to support change adoption
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work across central teams, business leaders, technology stakeholders, and designated change representatives
• Experience managing delivery risks, dependencies, milestones, and execution issues for change-related workstreams or transformation activities
• Ability to drive consistentmunication and information cascade across a federated operating model
• Experience supporting adoption planning, readiness tracking, and accountability mechanisms
• Strong written and verbalmunication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for various audiences
• Experience facilitating working sessions, stakeholder meetings, review cadences, and engagement forums
• Ability to organize and maintain structured plans, status reporting, and action tracking
• Experience supporting or coordinating Communities of Practice or learning forums
• Strong understanding of change adoption concepts including readiness, stakeholder engagement, andmunication planning
• Ability to work in a fast-paced,plex environment with evolving priorities
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Experience working in regulated or structured enterprise environments
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira)
• Experience in Technical Delivery Management
• Pay range: $43.78 - $51.78 per hour
