Build and manage the federated model, and write the BIM Execution Plans and Digital Engineering Management Plans that guide the team. Run clash detection and coordination meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors, and drive issues to resolution. Quality-check information models and design digital workflows that make delivery faster and cleaner. Report on progress monthly, flag risks early and grow client relationships into new opportunities.
