Job Description Overview We are seeking a Senior ERP Program Manager to lead the early-stage planning, structure, and execution readiness of a large-scale ERP initiative. This is a high-visibility, hands-on leadership role that will partner directly with executive leadership to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a cross-functional program. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the foundation of the ERP program, aligning IT and Business stakeholders, and establishing governance to ensure long-term success.   •  8+ years of experience in Program Management, with strong exposure to large-scale ERP implementations
  •  Proven track record leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional transformation programs, not just IT delivery
  •  Deep understanding of ERP-driven transformation across Finance and Supply Chain domains
  •  Direct experience with Oracle ERP environments (E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion strongly preferred)
  •  Experience operating within complex, multi-system ecosystems, including integrations across platforms such as: o Asset management (e.g., Maximo) o Customer/billing systems (e.g., CC&B) o Financial/regulatory systems (e.g., PowerPlan)
  •  Strong experience working with executive stakeholders and Steering Committees, including: o Facilitating decisions o Managing escalations o Driving alignment across competing priorities
  •  Demonstrated ability to establish and operationalize governance frameworks from the ground up, including: o Decision structures (RACI) o Escalation paths o Change control processes
  •  Proven experience leading organizational change management, with focus on: o Internal team adoption (not just end-user communication) o Driving behavioral and process change across business units o Managing resistance and aligning stakeholders early
  •  Experience leading early-stage ERP programs (Phase 0 / discovery / pre-implementation), including: o Process discovery o Fit-gap alignment o Program setup and planning
  •  Prior experience in Oracle Fusion transformation programs
  •  Experience in the Utilities industry or other regulated environments, with understanding of: o Asset-intensive operations o Integration-heavy ecosystems o Regulatory and financial complexity
  •  Certifications such as: o PMP / PgMP o Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification
