About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Technology Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on Content Supply Chain Transformation and Generative AI adoption within a global brand organization. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of scalable content and AI-powered solutions that enhance how marketing content is created, managed, and distributed globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of program leadership, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and business strategy , with experience leading large enterprise transformation initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Strategy Lead the strategic roadmap and execution of content supply chain transformation initiatives. Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs from planning through implementation. Define program priorities, milestones, timelines, and success metrics. Align projects with organizational technology and business goals. Content Supply Chain Transformation Oversee content lifecycle processes including: Content intake Creation Review & approvals Distribution Optimization Implement scalable workflows and governance frameworks for content operations. Generative AI & Technology Innovation Drive adoption and scaling of Generative AI solutions across brand and marketing workflows. Partner with engineering, architecture, data science, and business teams to implement AI-enabled solutions. Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process optimization using AI technologies. Stakeholder & Team Management Collaborate with cross-functional teams including: Technology Global Brand Creative Data & Analytics External vendors/partners Present project updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders. Ensure alignment across global teams and multiple business units. Governance & Continuous Improvement Establish governance models, operating frameworks, and best practices. Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints proactively. Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in program/project management, leading enterprise technology transformation initiatives. Experience in Content Supply Chain, Marketing Technology (MarTech), Digital Asset Management , or related ecosystems. Strong understanding of content lifecycle workflows and enterprise platforms. Experience working with platforms such as: Adobe Experience Cloud Adobe Workfront Similar content management or workflow tools Familiarity with Generative AI concepts , including: Large Language Models (LLMs) AI-powered content workflows Strong experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical functions. Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. Strong leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills. Experience with budget management, resource planning, and program reporting. Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments and bring structure to ambiguous situations. Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in marketing, content, or customer experience environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms and creative technology ecosystems.
