Lead end-to-end management of large-scale, multi-team engineering initiatives with significant business impact, from strategy through delivery. Partner with senior engineering and product leaders to influence roadmaps, resource allocation, and organizational priorities. Define and refine program management frameworks, processes, and best practices across the engineering organization. Coordinate complex dependencies involving multiple teams, external partners, and competing priorities to ensure seamless execution. Communicate effectively with executive audiences, translating technical details into clear business insights and vice versa. What's Needed? 7+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex, organization-wide engineering programs. Deep expertise managing multi-team software projects across the full SDLC, including large-scale platform, infrastructure, or product initiatives. Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage in architectural discussions and evaluate technical risks. Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence without authority and navigate organizational dynamics. Experience in developing or enhancing program management processes and tools at an organizational level. What's in it for me?
