Job Description

Our client, a leader in advanced hardware engineering within the autonomous vehicle industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be supporting the Autonomy Hardware Systems Engineering team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge autonomous hardware systems including sensor integration, telematics, infotainment electronic control units, and electrical components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$88/hour + Benefits What's the Job? Support the execution of the engineering V-model, ensuring seamless flow from systems requirements to subsystem and component validation. Act as a Program Navigator to set priorities, align teams on shared objectives, and establish a productive business rhythm for system validation and integration milestones. Define tasks, resources, and timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure successful program delivery aligned with company milestones. Serve as a Problem Solver by proactively identifying obstacles, seeking root causes, and implementing effective solutions to drive progress. Foster a culture of respect and psychological safety, delivering reliable commitments and providing clear communication on program status, risks, and accomplishments to key stakeholders. What's Needed? 6+ years of experience in HW Program Management or Engineering Management, managing cross-functional teams on HW/SW integration during development phases. BS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience. Proficiency in standard project management tools such as JIRA and Gantt charts. Successful track record in defining and executing the systems engineering V-Model, connecting high-level product requirements to engineering specifications. Exceptional skills in navigating matrixed environments and delivering clear, structured, and concise communication tailored to diverse audiences. What's in it for me?
