Job Description

Consider before submitting an application: This position is expected to start August 2026 or September 2026 and continue through the Fall term (ending approximately December 2026 or later, if available). We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time (40 hours/week) and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.
International Students:
If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

Fremont, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Lathrop, CA; Sparks, NV; Austin, TX Your application for the Supply Chain Program Manager Internship will be considered across all opportunities for the teams listed below:
Technical Program Manager:
Identify gaps and opportunities for simplification, optimization, and automation in supply chain business processes Own software products end-to-end, managing roadmaps, strategy, requirement definition, design, development, and testing Develop detailed project plans and schedules, coordinate resources, and track milestones to ensure timely completion of supply chain initiatives Analyze data to define and monitor KPIs, driving process compliance and continuous improvement in supply chain operations Collaborate with internal customers and cross-functional teams to develop system capabilities that enhance performance and efficiency Create and maintain dashboards for data visualization, reporting, and communication of key project metrics to stakeholders Maintain product documentation and communicate updates, training, and roll-out plans to business leads and internal teams
Software Program Manager:
Own software products end-to-end, managing roadmaps, strategy, requirement definition, design, development, and testing Create and maintain dashboards for data visualization, reporting, and communication of key project metrics to stakeholders Lead key software application improvements and identify compliance risks within applications utilized by Tesla's global supply chain teams Act as the technical supply chain liaison for internal application requests and coordinate requirements with cross-functional teams Document business requirements with supporting use cases, process workflows, and dependencies, and propose technical solutions for respective applications Partner with the technical engineering team to develop scalable solutions, keeping track of KPIs Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop product documentation for application users Degree in Supply Chain Management, MBA, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Engineering Management, Data Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Ability to successfully work with cross range of teams including purchasing, software engineering, UX, legal, finance, sales and operations Working experience (inclusive of internships). Product Management work experience is a plus Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders Proficiency in the use of Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, MS Teams), JIRA, Confluence or similar tools/technologies Knowledge of SQL is a plus Benefits As a full-time Tesla Intern, you will be eligible for: Medical plans > plan options with $0 payroll deduction Family-building, fertility, adoption and surrogacy benefits Dental (including orthodontic coverage) and vision plans. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
