•

NPI Leadership:

Drive end-to-end NPI programs through planning, development, integration, validation, and product release.

•

Program Execution:

Drive alignment across stakeholders and manage program risks, dependencies, and resource constraints. Track schedules, action items, and key milestones while improving program management practices and status reporting.

•

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Align multi-disciplinary engineering and operations teams to meet cost, quality, and delivery milestones.

•

Executive Communication & Reporting:

Provide clear program status, risks, dependencies, and decision support to engineering, manufacturing, and business leadership. Facilitate alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.

qualifications:

•

Experience:

Strong background as a Technical Program Manager driving hardware/software product development and NPI programs. Experience in electronics, communications, industrial, aerospace, defense, instrumentation, or related engineering environments preferred.

•

Education & Compliance:

Technical degree in Engineering or a related discipline; must be a U.S. Person (ITAR compliance).

•

Certifications:

PMP certification is a strong plus skills: firmware,systems engineering,communication,leadership,manufacturing,product management,
