As a Technical Program Manager on the Search Ecosystem team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and scaling this strategically important and innovative new project. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of complex program workstreams, from planning and development through launch and landing. You will manage the program's lifecycle, navigate ambiguity, and exercise independent judgment to ensure we meet ambitious goals. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Lead, manage, and drive the execution of complex, cross-functional work streams, ensuring timely delivery of program milestones and objectives. Partner with engineering, product, partnerships, and research leads to define program strategy, scope, roadmaps, and success metrics. Drive program-level decision-making, unblock technical and operational challenges, and proactively manage risks and dependencies across multiple teams and organizations. Communicate program status, risks, strategies, and impact effectively to a wide range of audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
