Technical Lead Project Manager - DMEA ISO Technology, Automation, and Management, Inc. North Highlands, CA Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Security Authorization Project team coordination Data encryption Project timeline management Visio Data classification Team management Requirements analysis Quality control Senior level RMF Requirements gathering Project scheduling Full Job Description Mission Objectives - provide Project Management support to DMEA personnel on both classified and unclassified networks, ensuring microelectronics development activities can be executed to satisfy requirements for priority DoD, Special Operations, and Intelligence missions.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Work with the information owners (IOs), user representatives, and users to identify project computing requirements, budgetary estimates, and project timelines in coordination with the ISSOs. Risk Management Framework (RMF) management. Develop hardware and software life cycle business cases. This includes working with users, user representatives, information owners, and ISSOs to: Develop and modify implementation and integration plans (including project timelines). Document and resolve problems. Identify and manage risk. Lead the Integrate Project Team (IPT) work group meetings with all stakeholders. Oversee deployment and quality control and close out projects. Create and/or update system diagrams using Microsoft Visio. Software License Management Submit and status all change control for IO's. Work with the IO and the ISSO to identify and document the appropriate level of protection for data, including use of encryption. Specify data and information classification, sensitivity, and need-to-know requirements by information type on a system in terms of its confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Identify and implement the minimum security controls based on the system categorization and RMF requirements. Identify potential impacts to existing ATOs. Assist the Program Manager/System Manager (PM/SM), the IO, and the Information System Security Manager (ISSM), in preparing the final package needed for the Authorizing Official (AO) to make the authorization decision.Similar remote jobs
