Job Responsibilities
  • Lead IT coordination efforts for facility buildouts across multiple U.S. sites end to end, from planning through go-live, ensuring infrastructure is delivered on schedule and to spec.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between IT, facilities, workplace design, security, and vendor/contractor teams, translating buildout requirements into clear IT deliverables.
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships for IT and facilities support, including low-voltage cabling, telecom, and AV installers, holding them accountable to scope and schedule.
  • Track IT scope of work within buildout and renovation projects, including cabling, network drops, access control, badge readers, cameras, conference room AV, and workstation setups, and confirm completion against project timelines.
  • Coordinate concurrent IT workstreams within each buildout

  • tracking scope, dependencies, and timelines across each so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Partner with IT teams to schedule and track equipment delivery and installs, cutovers, and punch-list items during buildout phases.
  • Conduct go-live space readiness walkthroughs to assess cleanliness, organization, and IT/facility infrastructure readiness, flagging proactive maintenance needs.
  • Maintain wayfinding documents, floor plans, and network/infrastructure documentation with attention to detail and strong written communication. Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience leading or coordinating IT efforts for facility buildouts across multiple U.S. locations, or in facilities coordination, IT coordination, construction project support, property management, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and flexible, with the ability to adapt to shifting buildout timelines and travel to sites as needed.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent IT workstreams (AV, network, end user computing, security) within a single buildout, keeping each on track independently while managing interdependencies.
  • A positive attitude with a strong drive for accuracy and follow-through.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising across facilities, IT, vendors, workplace design, and security teams to align on scope and timelines.
  • Familiarity with IT/network infrastructure concepts (cabling, network drops, AV, access control, end user computing setup) preferred; manufacturing and corporate environment experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple concurrent projects, sites, and vendors.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with comfort coordinating across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Basic Google Suite abilities; proficiency in project reporting and tracking tools.
