About the Role We are seeking a strong Technical Project Manager with a track record of building and maintaining complex software platforms, tools and processes that deliver new end-to-end experiences. Track metrics and KPIs to measure project performance and continuously improve processes. Would need to be on site in Palo Alto office at least 3 days a week. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in technical project or program management, preferably within enterprise software, AI, or SaaS environments. Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in fast-paced organizations. Strong technical background with the ability to understand software development, system integration, and cloud-based technologies. Solid knowledge of technical system architecture and systems design tradeoffs Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and influence Ability to work independently or with minimal assistance and draft and present deliverables, recommendations and strategies Proficiency in Agile, SDLC development processes and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (MBA or Masters degree is a plus). - CA•Palo Alto The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
