Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager / Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise technology modernization initiative. This is an owner-side leadership role working across business teams, IT, executives, vendors, and consultants to drive a complex system implementation from planning through go-live and stabilization. Key Responsibilities

+ Lead a complex enterprise technology modernization and system implementation.

+ Manage multiple workstreams, project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.

+ Coordinate internal business/IT teams, implementation vendors, and consultants.

+ Oversee data migration, system integrations, testing/UAT, training, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.

+ Manage vendor performance and contractual milestones.

+ Develop executive-level status reporting and facilitate Steering Committee/governance meetings.

+ Maintain integrated project/program schedules and support organizational readiness. Requirements Required Experience + 10+ years of progressive IT project/program management experience. + 5+ years working within local government, such as county, city, or municipal environments. + 5+ years leading large, complex enterprise technology implementations or modernization programs of $10M+.

+ Lead PM/program experience across at least 3 enterprise system implementations, including deployment, go-live, and/or stabilization.

+ Strong experience managing vendors, business stakeholders, technical teams, consultants, and executive leadership.

+ Hands-on experience with areas such as data migration, integrations, UAT/testing, cutover, go-live, training, and change readiness. Preferred

+ PMP and/or PgMP certification.

+ Agile, Scrum, or Prosci/change-management experience.

+ Experience presenting to executive sponsors or Steering Committees.

+ Government systems experience involving CAMA, property assessment/tax, land records, permitting, or similar enterprise platforms.

+ Cloud migration or data-center transition experience.
