Job Description:

Job Summary Responsibilities include leading the global TME/AE team for products development and validation; Work with marketing team for direct customer engagements, establish production roadmap and definition, and business strategy; coordinate with internal backend team and field team for customer support. Essential Functions Lead TMEs/AE team for technical support of customer's design projects. Direct customer engagement, build mutual trust and form strategic partnerships with key customers. Co-work with marketing team for business strategy and execution. Coordinate cross-functional team from start (definition) to end (release) for product development. Qualifications Hands-on experience in power electronics for DC/DC power conversion topologies, control theories, debug technics. Deep understanding of CPU/GPU system power architecture. Strong problem solving capabilities. Fluent communication skills in English, mandarin is a plus. Excellent writing and presentation skills Self-motivated and strong leadership. Previous experience in a system or analog/mixed signal IC company desired MSEE or higher required
