SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives. Acting as the strategic bridge between product vision and technical delivery, a TPM ensures that hardware or software development teams remain aligned with organizational objectives.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Execution:
Defining project scope, resource requirements, timelines, and delivery roadmaps for multiteam technical efforts.
CrossFunctional Alignment:
Synchronizing schedules and managing deep dependencies between developers, designers, product managers, and security teams.
Risk Management:
Identifying systemic architectural bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, or resource constraints before they impact delivery timelines.
Technical Communication:
Abstracting deeply complex technical data, system logs, or system documentation into digestible status reports for executive leadership.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus Proven work experience as a TPM in relatable industry Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and Clevel Experience in negotiating contracts and understanding of customer needs and hydraulic industry trends Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to travel extensively across North America Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of professionalism and ethical conduct, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
