Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP/ERP and Salesforce implementations. 2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define UAT strategy, scope, and test plans. 3. Coordinate end-to-end testing activities, ensuring timely execution and defect resolution. 4. Develop UAT test cases, scripts, and data based on business requirements. 5. Facilitate UAT sessions and guide users in validating system functionality. 6. Track, report, and escalate issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables. 7. Work closely with project managers, developers, and functional teams to mitigate risks. 8. Ensure compliance with testing standards and document all UAT processes. 9. Analyse test results to provide actionable feedback for system improvements. 10. Drive continuous improvement in UAT processes and overall system adoption.
