About the role As a Technical Program Manager at Westmag, you will be pivotal in driving cross-functional programs that span design, engineering, manufacturing, and customer delivery for drone motors and robot actuators. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time and on-spec delivery of advanced motor and actuator products. What you'll own Manage end-to-end technical programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and business goals. Drive program schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and customers to align on priorities and resolve issues. Facilitate regular program status reviews and ensure transparency in program progress. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes and efficiency. Requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field. 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in hardware, motors, robotics, or aerospace industries. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong organizational and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams. Familiarity with Agile or other program management methodologies. Authorization to work in the United States. Preferred qualifications Experience in drone or robotics sectors. Background in product development lifecycle from design through manufacturing. Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar).
