a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;} Overview Client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support the Director of GenAI Applications through delivery coordination, documentation, and business systems analysis activities across internal engineering teams and external partners. This role focuses on maintaining visibility, alignment, and execution across multiple workstreams. The Technical Project Manager will help organize delivery efforts, manage documentation, support planning and tracking activities, and ensure technical requirements, decisions, and progress are clearly documented and communicated. Core Responsibilities Maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, action items, risks, and decisions across multiple workstreams. Coordinate follow-ups, handoffs, and open items among internal engineering teams and external partners. Partner closely with the Director of GenAI Applications to document priorities, ownership, timelines, and blockers. Collaborate with the Technical Program Manager to provide accurate delivery updates and escalate issues requiring leadership attention. Create and maintain Confluence documentation for technical solutions, workflows, architecture decisions, interfaces, dependencies, and operational processes. Translate approved requirements and technical discussions into clear Jira stories, subtasks, and testable acceptance criteria with appropriate technical owners. Ensure Jira and Confluence remain aligned so that scope, ownership, decisions, current status, and completion evidence are easily accessible. Support backlog refinement, planning activities, demonstrations, release readiness efforts, and acceptance tracking while identifying and escalating gaps as needed. Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies Experience coordinating software delivery across multiple engineering teams and external partners. Strong Jira and Confluence expertise, including story creation, backlog management, technical documentation, dashboards, and traceability. Ability to create clear technical documentation and write testable acceptance criteria. Working knowledge of software architecture, APIs, data flows, cloud services, environments, testing practices, and release processes. Strong organizational skills, written communication skills, attention to detail, and follow-through. Ability to collaborate effectively across business, product, engineering, data and AI, platform, security, and vendor teams, including globally distributed teams and multiple time zones. Preferred Skills or Experience Experience with enterprise software environments. Experience supporting AI or machine learning applications. Experience working with distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms. Work Details Reports to the Director of GenAI Applications. Supports delivery coordination and technical documentation activities across internal engineering teams and external partners. This role supports delivery coordination and documentation functions and is not accountable for writing or approving implementation code.
