As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $240,000-$334,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Be a highly credible thought leader within Google and industry on the subject matter domain of the respective organization. Serve as the product manager for the in-house manufacturing capacity, defining roadmap/north star, generation over generation manufacturing scope, and translating scope to cross-functional requirements across platforms, hardware operations, supply chain, data center design, construction and operations teams. Own technical program management scope across manufacturing line capacity and sizing, location identification, facility design, build-out execution and facility readiness, manufacturing process flow, process development, work instructions, and documentation, creating manufacturing flow quality checkpoints, test plans, quality control and mitigation, and bridge between product, manufacturing and supplier teams. Drive technical program management of cross-functional manufacturing execution systems development across process flow transitions, work instructions, capacity management, parts ordering, testing, and finished goods transactions.
