Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex data, analytics, and privacy-focused initiatives. This Long-term Contract position is based onsite in Southern California, with an expectation of working four days per week in the office and occasional travel as needed. The role will guide delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring projects stay on track, meet governance expectations, and support broader digital and data-driven business priorities.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and data platform projects, aligning timelines, resources, budgets, and outcomes with approved business goals.
  • Build and manage detailed project roadmaps, milestone schedules, and work plans to keep initiatives moving efficiently through each phase.
  • Direct privacy-related project activities by coordinating compliance reviews, risk assessments, and control implementation for sensitive and regulated data.
  • Partner with legal, information security, data governance, and technical teams to embed privacy and compliance requirements into project execution.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain momentum across sprint activities, and help teams prioritize delivery items that balance business value, data quality, and regulatory needs.
  • Track project scope, risks, issues, assumptions, and changes, and escalate concerns promptly through established governance channels.
  • Serve as the primary communication hub for stakeholders, providing clear updates on status, dependencies, decisions, and potential delivery impacts.
  • Monitor financial performance and resource usage, supporting budget oversight, forecasting, and effective allocation of project support.
  • Promote quality and accountability by ensuring deliverables meet defined standards, acceptance criteria, and audit expectations.
