Job Description
The Director Business/MSO Applications is a n operational & strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of PIH Health Business/MSO application systems. This role will d evelop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Business a pplications that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives . Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions . Provide leadership and guidance in the selection, implementation, and management of enterprise software system s . Lead and mentor a team of professionals, including application developers, analysts, and project managers. Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation. PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network that serves approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Gabriel Valley region.
