We're looking for a technically minded Project Manager who enjoys turning ideas into reality. This isn't a role for someone who simply manages schedules and meetings. We're looking for someone who understands how engineered products are designed, manufactured and delivered—someone who enjoys solving problems, working collaboratively and making things happen. If you're equally comfortable reviewing CAD drawings, discussing manufacturing solutions with production teams and presenting project updates to customers, we'd love to hear from you. This is an opportunity to join an innovative, design-led manufacturing business where you'll play a key role in delivering bespoke products from concept through production. What You'll Do Lead multiple engineering and manufacturing projects from customer handover through production and final delivery. Serve as the primary technical contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Quality teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully. Review customer drawings, CAD models and specifications, identifying design conflicts, manufacturability issues and opportunities for improvement before production begins. Create or modify CAD drawings where required to support manufacturing and engineering changes. Interpret engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical documentation to ensure manufacturing readiness. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical challenges with practical, commercially viable solutions. Manage engineering changes, project variations and design revisions throughout the project lifecycle. Support production teams by solving technical issues and keeping projects moving. Monitor project schedules, risks and key milestones while maintaining quality, cost and delivery objectives. Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues across all levels of the business. What Success Looks Like You're someone who naturally wants to understand how products work. You enjoy looking at a drawing and identifying a better way to manufacture, assemble or install a product before problems occur. You're a practical problem solver who enjoys collaborating with customers, engineers and production teams to deliver the best possible outcome. You communicate confidently with everyone—from shop floor teams to senior leadership—and you're comfortable explaining technical concepts in a clear and practical way. What We're Looking For Experience managing technical, engineering or manufacturing projects. Strong understanding of engineering drawings, customer blueprints and manufacturing documentation. Experience creating or modifying CAD drawings using software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, Siemens NX or similar. Ability to identify design, manufacturing or installation issues before they impact production. Knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering documentation and manufacturing processes. A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, accuracy and delivery deadlines. Preferred Background We'd particularly like to hear from candidates with experience in: Commercial Furniture Architectural Millwork Bespoke Joinery Cabinet Manufacturing Retail Fixtures Marine Interiors Aerospace Interiors Product Development Manufacturing Engineering Specialist Manufacturing Experience with ERP/MRP systems, Design for Manufacture (DfM), Engineering Change Management and New Product Introduction (NPI) would be highly advantageous. Take ownership of projects from concept through production. Work closely with customers and make a visible impact on every project. Be part of a team where practical thinking, innovation and problem solving are genuinely valued. Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits and opportunities for long-term career growth. Apply Today If you're a technically minded Project Manager who enjoys engineering, manufacturing and solving real-world problems, we'd love to hear from you.
