3-6+ months, with potential for extension or permanent conversion About the Opportunity The team at Edge has partnered with a client in Denver, CO who is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their team. The Technical Project Manager will help drive cross-functional execution within a rapidly growing technology organization developing advanced hardware and software products. This is a hands-on role working across software, mechanical, electrical, and product engineering teams . The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically comfortable, and able to bring structure and accountability to complex projects without slowing down a fast-moving organization. You'll partner with engineering, product, architecture, and leadership teams to coordinate priorities, manage dependencies, track milestones, remove roadblocks, and improve overall program execution. What You'll Do Lead cross-functional technical projects spanning software, mechanical, electrical, and product engineering. Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and leadership to align priorities and execution. Drive Agile planning, sprint execution, roadmap coordination, and dependency management. Establish repeatable project management processes, operating rhythms, and best practices. Track milestones, risks, blockers, dependencies, and critical path items across multiple initiatives. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Build visibility into project execution through JIRA dashboards, reporting, and metrics. Identify and escalate risks before they impact delivery. Help teams establish realistic timelines and maintain accountability for deliverables. Coordinate dependencies across engineering teams and ensure action items are followed through. Help create structure while maintaining the speed and flexibility required in a growing organization. Influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority. Qualifications 3-10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Technical Program Management, or a related role. Strong experience working with software, hardware, mechanical, and/or electrical engineering teams. Experience supporting hardware-focused organizations or complex technical products. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project/program delivery. Advanced proficiency with JIRA. Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to identify dependencies, risks, and blockers and drive them toward resolution. Comfortable working in environments where processes are still being developed. Ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority. Create greater visibility into priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines. Help engineering teams stay aligned and accountable.
