As a Senior Technical Project Manager- Systems Integration you will work with product management, system architects, firmware and software development teams, and senior leadership to drive complex Electronic Access Control product development and systems integration programs from concept and business approval through commercialization and full-scale production.
Additional qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline required. Minimum of 8 years of experience leading complex product development or systems integration projects. Proven experience delivering connected products involving embedded firmware, software, cloud services, and integrated hardware systems, including leadership of cross-functional engineering teams and management of complex technical dependencies from concept through commercialization. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills. Experience managing projects using Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and traditional waterfall or phase-gate development methodologies. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and related project management tools. Experience within Electronic Access Control (EAC), physical security, or related connected-device industries is strongly preferred. PMP, SAFe, or equivalent project management certifications are preferred.
