Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Manager Intern to support our project management team in planning, executing, and delivering technology projects. This internship offers hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and the use of project management tools within a dynamic IT environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking IT projects to ensure timely delivery Support project managers in coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines Participate in team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items Assist in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and deliverables Assist in managing testing, quality assurance, and implementation activities as needed Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, Planner, or similar Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Prior internship or academic project experience in IT or project management Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Exposure to data analysis or reporting tools Certification or coursework in project management (e.g., CAPM, Scrum fundamentals) Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
