Position Description:
Seneca Resources is seeking a senior Technical Project Manager to support a high-visibility, mission-critical government program in Washington, DC. You will embed alongside government project managers to lead complex IT and communications initiatives supporting national security, serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and translating technical complexity into actionable decisions. Responsibilities include leading enterprise-scale IT and communications projects across multiple engineering domains, managing end-to-end project lifecycles under tight timelines and high stakeholder scrutiny, developing and maintaining project artifacts including RTMs, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and RAID logs, and operating within structured governance environments including Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and Technical Review Boards (TRBs).
Required Skills/Education:
Active TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and 8+ years of IT project management experience, OR 12+ years without a degree Proven delivery of high-visibility, mission-critical IT programs with significant operational impact Hands-on experience developing and managing RTMs, IMS, and RAID logs Experience within government governance frameworks (CCBs, TRBs) Ability to advise and communicate effectively with senior executive stakeholders
Preferred:
