Required Skills & Experience
- 8-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager (IT / Infrastructure / Cloud preferred).
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
- Extensive experience in demand management (intake, prioritization, pipeline tracking) and/or PMO-style governance.
- Strong experience with the Intake demand process
- Strong technical knowledge of Azure (Migrations, Implementations, Integrations, ETC)
- Strong ability to create and manage:
- -Project plans
- -Task lists
- -RAID logs (Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Dependencies)
- -Status reporting & stakeholder communications
- Comfortable operating in a hybrid technical-functional PM role.
- MUST have Azure Devops experience Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- PMP certification (preferred)
- Azure certification (preferred)
- Broader cloud knowledge (Azure strongly preferred; general cloud exposure acceptable)
- Experience with automation and Microsoft ecosystem tooling (e.g., MS Planner/Project, task tracking, workflow improvements)
- Familiarity with environments involving SQL planning/support (e.
g., tracking work related to SQL-based systems or planning workstreams that include SQL) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Azure Project Manager to support a portfolio of demand management and Azure/cloud initiatives currently in flight. This person will help streamline and automate the demand/request intake process, improve visibility across pipelines and projects, and drive consistent stakeholder cadences for status and reporting. The role is a 50/50 mix of technical and functional project management, requiring strong PM fundamentals and a working knowledge of Azure services and cloud delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end tracking for the demand/request intake process, ensuring requests are captured, triaged, prioritized, and routed appropriately.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve project plans, task lists, trackers, and reporting dashboards.
- Establish stakeholder cadences (weekly/biweekly touchpoints), drive accountability, and communicate status, risks, and dependencies.
- Provide consistent status reporting across multiple workstreams and Azure projects in flight.
- Support efforts to streamline demand management by standardizing workflows and enabling automation for pipelines/projects.
- Partner cross-functionally with other project teams to align on timelines, integration points, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate and manage vendors/third parties where needed (vendor management, deliverables, timelines, escalations).
Compensation :
$70/hr to $80/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
