Job Description

Job Description Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of maritime technology initiatives supporting applications and systems used across its ships and global operations. The projects will focus on implementing, integrating, and enhancing shipboard solutions, which may include GPS integrations, search-and-rescue technology, contract-management platforms, and other operational applications. The Project Manager will also oversee significant CapEx and OpEx investments and work with globally distributed stakeholders to ensure maritime technology initiatives are properly planned, funded, and executed.   • Lead multiple enterprise application projects from planning through delivery
  • Manage scope, schedules, requirements, risks, dependencies, and project financials
  • Own and forecast multi-million-dollar CapEx and OpEx budgets
  • Coordinate application implementations, integrations, and deployments
  • Manage vendors and global cross-functional teams
  • Ensure requirements receive approval from all impacted stakeholders

  • 10+ years of Technical Project Management experience leading complex enterprise application projects
  • Experience within the travel, hospitality, cruise, or maritime industry
  • Full project lifecycle ownership, including scope, schedule, requirements, risks, dependencies, and delivery
  • Experience managing and forecasting multi-million-dollar CapEx and OpEx budgets
  • Background with application implementations, integrations, and deployments
  • Experience managing multiple projects, vendors, global teams, and executive stakeholders
  • Strong Agile and Waterfall knowledge PMP certification or equivalent project management experience
  • Cruise, maritime, or shipboard technology experience
  • Experience with reservation, POS, loyalty, financial, GPS, or contract-management systems Familiarity with shipboard infrastructure, compliance, privacy, or cybersecurity
