Exempt Position Summary Chelsea Technologies is seeking an experienced Infrastructure / Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure and cloud projects across our client environments. This role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent technical initiatives from planning through execution while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate has experience operating in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or consulting environment, where strong coordination between engineering teams, clients, and leadership is essential. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Manage the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and cloud technology projects across multiple client environments. Develop and maintain detailed project plans including Gantt charts, timelines, milestones, and dependencies. Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope. Coordinate internal teams and ensure technical resources are properly allocated across projects. Client Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication with clients. Lead client project kickoff meetings, status meetings, and delivery reviews. Provide consistent written status reports and project updates. Manage client expectations and proactively address project risks or blockers. Resource & Capacity Planning Work closely with engineering leadership to schedule project work across L1, L2, and L3 engineers. Ensure appropriate capacity planning and resource allocation across concurrent projects. Manage project budgets and track project hours where applicable. Operational Coordination Work closely with engineering teams to coordinate project tasks alongside ongoing support operations. Ensure projects follow internal operational processes and change management procedures. Maintain accurate project documentation and delivery tracking. Risk Management Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans. Escalate project blockers or delays to leadership when necessary. Ensure project deliverables meet quality and security standards. Project Experience Microsoft 365 / Office 365 tenant migrations Azure AD and endpoint migrations Data center migrations Office relocations and new office buildouts Merger & acquisition technology integrations Client onboarding and infrastructure deployments Cybersecurity implementation projects Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure or technical projects Experience working within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or consulting environment Strong understanding of Microsoft infrastructure and cloud environments Experience managing multiple concurrent technical projects Proven ability to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Halo PSA or similar PSA platforms (ConnectWise, Autotask, etc.) Familiarity with ITIL-style service delivery and change management processes Experience delivering cloud transformation or hybrid infrastructure projects Cybersecurity implementation or coordination experience Work Environment This role operates in a fast-paced managed services environment where multiple client projects may run simultaneously. Success in this role requires strong organization, communication, and coordination with both technical teams and client stakeholders.
