IT Project Manager

Description IT Project Manager We are seeking an organized IT Project Manager to lead technology projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, coordinating teams, and managing IT initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, and software environments. Responsibilities + Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverable schedules + Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors + Track project risks, dependencies, and issues while maintaining clear communication + Lead project meetings, document action items, and provide progress reports + Manage scope, requirements, and change control procedures + Oversee implementation, testing, deployment, and post-project handoff + Support IT governance, documentation, and compliance standards + Ensure projects align with organizational goals and technology strategies Requirements Requirements + 3-5 years of IT project management experience + Experience overseeing projects in infrastructure, cloud, software, or security + Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, or hybrid project methodologies + Excellent communication, planning, and time-management skills + Ability to manage multiple projects at once + Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Monday.com + Strong documentation and reporting abilities + PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are a plus Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
