Role Overview The IT Project Manager provides leadership and accountability for the successful delivery of IT initiatives within the enterprise, ensuring project outcomes meet defined objectives on time, within scope, and within budget. This role manages multiple concurrent projects of moderate complexity, orchestrating dependencies across technical teams, business units, and shared services to deliver cohesive, value-driven outcomes. The IT Project Manager is disciplined, strategic, and execution-focused, maintaining comprehensive documentation within the IT Service Management toolkit and ensuring accurate reporting across the IT Project Portfolio. The role is accountable for end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, while proactively identifying risks, managing resource constraints, and driving resolutions in partnership with IT and business leadership. The IT Project Manager champions governance standards, applies best-practice project management frameworks, and facilitates cross-functional collaboration to optimize delivery performance, processes, and customer experience. This role operates as an individual contributor with matrix leadership responsibilities, influencing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and advance enterprise priorities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Owns end-to-end delivery of IT projects within IT Operations, and cross-functionally with other IT functions and enterprise consumers. Develops and manages integrated project plans aligned to Organizational Excellence stage gates and enterprise governance standards. Leads project execution, coordinating resources across technical teams, business units, suppliers, and shared services functions. Establishes clear project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints. Maintains and governs project artifacts, including project charters, CRAIDI logs, RACI matrices, and detailed schedules. Drives stakeholder engagement, ensuring consistent, transparent communication at all levels of the organization. Develops and presents project health reporting, dashboards, and executive status updates tailored to technical and non-technical audiences. Defines and monitors project KPIs, ensuring timely escalation and remediation of delivery risks. Leads change management activities, including development of implementation and rollback plans, and coordination with Change Advisory Boards. Manages project financials, including budget development, forecasting, variance tracking, and collaboration with IT Finance & Governance. Aligns project execution with Enterprise Architecture standards to ensure scalability, reusability, and long-term sustainability of solutions. Collaborates with
