    Role SummaryThe Global External Workforce Project Manager will support the Global External Workforce Director andFlexForceteam by driving execution across team goals, enhancement items, operational improvements, and recurring governance activities.

The role acts as the central coordination and follow-through point across the program, ensuring actions, decisions, milestones, risks, and dependencies are clearly tracked and driven to completion.



This contractor will take on the project management and administrative execution currently sitting with leadership, including cadence management, project tracking, enhancement coordination, stakeholder follow-up, and preparation of concise reporting. Theobjectiveis to createstrongerdelivery discipline, improve visibility across priorities, and free program leaders to focus on strategy, stakeholder engagement, supplier management, compliance, workforce planning, and transformation outcomes.



Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project ManagementMaintainthe Global External Workforce roadmap, team goal tracker, enhancement backlog, and priority portfolio.



Coordinate workstream activity across global initiatives, operational improvements, system enhancements, and cyclical deliverables.



Track milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, issues, actions, and decisions through completion.



Drive follow-up with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure commitments are closed on time and blockers are escalated appropriately.



Capture decisions and actions in a simple, consistent format that enables clear accountability and follow-through.



MaintainRAG status reporting across key goals, projects, enhancements, and deliverablesfor Program and team initiativesGovernance & Cadence ManagementManage recurring governance forums, operating reviews, leadership check-ins, and cyclical program cadence.



Prepare agendas, meeting materials, status updates, action logs, and executive-ready summaries.



Operational Excellence & EnhancementsSupportenhancementitem tracking and communication torelevant internal teams, suppliers, or process owners.



Support creation and maintenance of SOPs, process documents,reporting,trackers, dashboards, and stakeholder-facing materials.



Stakeholder & SupplierSupportCoordinate across AGS, MSP/vendor partners, Digital, Procurement, PX, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and internal program stakeholders.



Support supplier follow-up, meeting preparation, action tracking, and issue resolution related to program delivery.



Provide clear, concise communications that keep stakeholders alignedonprogress, risks, and next steps.



Basic Qualifications5+ years of project, program, operations, PMO, or transformation support experience in a large, matrixed organization.



Strong ownership mindset with proven ability to drive actions and deliverables to completion without direct authority.



Excellent organization, prioritization, stakeholder follow-up, and written communication skills.



Strong Microsoft 365 capability, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, and Power Automate or similar tools.



Comfortable managing multiple workstreams, shifting priorities, and recurring executive or governance cadence.



High attention to detail with ability to produce polished, leadership-ready outputs quickly.



Preferred QualificationsPMP, CAPM, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar certification preferred.



Experience supporting workforce, HR, procurement, contingent labor, MSP, VMS, supplier management, or shared services programs.



Experience creating dashboards, trackers, status reports, operating rhythms, or executive-level project materials.



Experience working with global teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.



Work Location AssignmentIndia based. Working pattern should provide meaningful overlap with Global External Workforce leadership and key stakeholders across Indiaand the United States, as required by program cadence and delivery priorities.
