Position Summary Polypack is seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong mechanical and manufacturing background to manage customer-driven equipment projects from concept through completion. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring collaboration with engineering, production, procurement, and external suppliers to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout) Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Serve as the primary point of contact for customers , ensuring clear communication and expectations Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to meet project requirements Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and cost impacts Source, quote, and procure 3rd-party equipment and components Track project progress and provide status updates to internal stakeholders and clients Maintain strong client relationships and support ongoing business development opportunities Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and safety requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field 3+ years of project management experience (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred) Experience in a customer-facing role Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project or similar) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment High level of customer service orientation Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $60,000
