$160,000 - $180,000 base salary + bonus About the Role LHH is partnering with a well-established insurance organization to identify an experienced Application Manager with deep Guidewire PolicyCenter expertise. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with end-to-end ownership of enterprise insurance applications. The individual in this role will be responsible for platform stability, ongoing enhancements, and driving adoption of Guidewire solutions across the business. Key Responsibilities Own daily support, maintenance, and optimization of Guidewire PolicyCenter and related InsuranceSuite applications. Actively design, develop, and enhance Guidewire components using Gosu, PCFs, workflows, and batch processes. Lead production support efforts including incident triage, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes. Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to deliver stable solutions. Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and best-practice enforcement. Participate in full SDLC activities including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and upgrades. Design and support integrations with internal and third-party systems using

REST/SOAP

APIs and messaging technologies. Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. Qualifications 10+ years of hands-on experience working with Guidewire PolicyCenter in enterprise environments. Strong proficiency in Gosu development, PCF configuration, and Guidewire customization. Experience supporting and integrating BillingCenter and ClaimCenter platforms. Demonstrated experience leading or supporting Guidewire upgrades and enhancements. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and improve platform stability. Exposure to public cloud environments (AWS preferred) and CI/CD tooling. Ability to balance hands-on technical execution with leadership and cross-functional communication.
