Job Description:
Project Manager (On-site) Optomi, in partnership with a Fortune 500 company and one of the largest entertainment companies in the world, is seeking an on-site Project Manager with relevant Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience. This position requires an adaptable individual who has strong communication skills and can manage a large, multi-year program to upgrade the WMS across multiple locations. This position involves working on WMS-related projects focusing on supply chain management and coordinating with teams across multiple states. As the project manager, this role requires partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver critical, large-scale projects, while working within a flexible, supportive environment that values team input. Overall, the successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across different departments, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Experience of the right candidate:
10+ years of project management experience, preferably with WMS (i.e. Blue Yonder WMS) or supply chain technologies. Familiarity with supply chain management Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency in Smartsheet, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite.
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
Lead the WMS upgrade project, coordinating with teams across Orlando and California. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, vendors, and team members. Ensure project milestones are met and align with business objectives.
