Define delivery methodology (SAP Activate/hybrid Agile), milestones, and stage gates. Set up KPIs (timeline variance, cost variance, defect leakage, test pass rate, cutover readiness, data conversion accuracy). Ensure compliance with audit, SoX, GxP, data privacy, and security policies. Oversee cross-module integration (FI/CO/MM/SD/PP/QM/PM) and non-SAP integrations (CPI/PI-PO, APIs, IDocs, BAPIs). Review and sign off technical architecture, security concepts, and performance NFRs. Align extensions on SAP BTP vs in-core configurations; enforce clean-core strategy. Own the integrated project plan (MS Project / ADO / Jira), critical path, and dependencies. Baseline scope; manage CRs via a formal Change Control process with impact analysis. $120,000 - $140,000 per annum
